A festive Swiss National Day celebration with fine cuisine, music and authentic Appenzell character.

On 1 August, APPENZELLER HUUS invites you to enjoy a special celebration in the heart of the Appenzell region. Swiss cuisine, carefully selected wines and specially created signature drinks shape the culinary experience. Guests from the worlds of gastronomy, wine, bar culture and craftsmanship will be present, creating memorable moments with their own creations and genuine passion.

Among the culinary guests is acclaimed chef Silvio Germann. Executive Chef Michael Gollenz brings his culinary signature to APPENZELLER HUUS and, together with his team, creates special moments of enjoyment throughout the house. Traditional Appenzell music accompanies the celebration.
