From Appenzell to the great wide world and back again – welcome to RESTAURANT QUELL. Warm materials, traditional Appenzell timber construction made from moon wood, and artistic textiles by Jakob Schlaepfer give the restaurant its distinctive atmosphere – shaped by Swiss hospitality and a modern signature style. Executive Chef Michael Gollenz combines high-quality products, international influences and precise craftsmanship into a cuisine with personality.
