Bar manager Elmir Medunjanin consciously avoids exotic elements, reinterpreting classic cocktails with native herbs and fruits in a contemporary way. In harmony with the house’s mindful and health-conscious philosophy, this approach yields signature drinks with a strong connection to the region. Using refined preparation techniques, the bar team even transforms traditional specialties, such as the Appenzeller Biber, into a liquid creation. Depending on the time of day, these drinks are complemented by refined small plates for sharing.
