Over seven days, the L³ BIOENABLED DETOX PROGRAMME takes a holistic approach to detox and regeneration. It combines exercise, L³ Circle sessions with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and functional nutrition at 1,000 to 1,200 kcal per day, complemented by outdoor activities, additional massages, a head spa and Multisensory Relax. A personal coach is at your side from the first evening to the final consultation, and an InBody measurement at the start and end documents your body composition.

The programme includes
- Detox menu with breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, 1,000 to 1,200 kcal per day
