Over four days, the L³ BIOENABLED DETOX PROGRAMME offers a focused introduction to detox and regeneration. It combines exercise, L³ Circle sessions with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and functional nutrition at 1,000 to 1,200 kcal per day. A personal coach is at your side from the first evening to the final consultation, and an InBody measurement at the start and end documents your body composition.
