Several times a year, bars and bartenders from the international cocktail scene take over BOTANICUM BAR for a few days and run it their way.
What emerges when one of the world's best bars meets Appenzell herbs? Diego Macedo spends several days in the region, taking in the landscape and its ingredients, and turns them into cocktails that could only come from here.
