Here, Appenzell hospitality is combined with authentic, regionally inspired cuisine. The Löwenstobe stands for down-to-earth, traditional dishes served in a warm, cosy atmosphere. Special attention is paid to the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients from the surrounding area: whether cheese, eggs, dairy products or meat; even the simple dishes fulfil the highest quality standards. The cosy dining room is complemented by the light-flooded Jakob Schlaepfer Lounge, where the traditional meets the colourful avant-garde with artistic wallpaper from the St. Gallen design house of the same name.
