The Appenzellerstöbli used to be the village bakery. It offers traditional cuisine in a time-honored ambiance. Chef Carsten Kypke reinterprets traditional Appenzell specialties.

In the cozy Appenzeller Stöbli, we are serving traditional winter classics this season: Chäsfondue, Fondue Chinoise, and Raclette. Executive Chef Carsten Kypke and his team focus on regional products and sustainability. The experience is rounded off with a selection of fine wines from our in-house wine cellar.
